Good day, I'm looking for a functioning Birmingham style 8 day movement from the late 1700s to early 1800s. I'm trying to restore a Thomas Osborne tall clock that was electrified sometime in its history. The false plate is still attached to the dial and has inscribed Osbornes Manufactory Birmingham. The back plate is 4 3/4"wide X 6 9/16" high. There is 3 3/4" distance between the winding holes. If you don't currently have one for sale, could you recommend other possibilities or suppliers?
Thanks so much for your help,
Dale
